I started my day with a massive chocolate muffin at Marie Callenders. I had no idea that it would arrive frosted.
Gwen and Caroline, the wonderful owners of the Relax the Back store in Sunnyvale, were my breakfast compadres, and we all got the day off to a high-calorie, champion’s start.
We then had some time together in the store where I met Raisin! Oh Raisin…While a little standoffish at first, Raisin and I warmed to each other in about 30 seconds. Gwen and Caroline rescued Raisin (which is more than President Obama can say for himself!), and she now regularly hangs out as the Relax the Back mascot in Sunnyvale!
I tore myself away from this incredibly cute mutt, and we spent a good chunk of time sending Gwen into orbit in the Inada Sogno massage chair. She, like all who dare “ride” in the wonderful chair, was awestruck…and this was hardly her first time in it!
